There's a little picture near the adjustment hole that shows you which way to turn the screw depending if you want the beam to go up or down. The adjustment holes are in the black plastic shroud above the headlights. Next to each hole is a picture with a "U" and a "D" with arows showing which way to turn the screw. See more.
